How to Order

The simplest way to place an order is to use our online shopping cart. However, you can also place an order manually. Just browse the online galleries and select the item or items you'd like to order. Be sure to note the item name (or title), the glaze pattern (where applicable), and the quantity you want to order. Then contact us by phone, e-mail, or postal mail.

All items are usually in stock at all times, except the one of a kind pieces, which we try to remove from the web pages as soon as possible after they've found new homes. We usually ship in-stock items within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. Occassionally, though, we may need to make all or part of your order. Please allow 3-4 weeks for deliveries that include made-to-order items. We accept payment by check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Novus, American Express). See the Terms page for more details.

Inquiries from galleries and wholesale buyers are welcome.

PayPal Shopping Cart

We use PayPal for credit card processing for our online orders. The PayPal system is fast, secure, and easy to use.

To use the PayPal shopping cart, simply click the Add To Cart button () beside an item you want to purchase. The PayPal shopping cart appears in another browser window with the new item listed. If necessary, you can adjust the quantities or remove items from the shopping cart. To add more items to the shopping cart, return to our gallery page and click another Add To Cart button.

After you finish making your selections, click the Checkout button, which you will find on each gallery page and on the PayPal shopping cart page. The PayPal system prompts you for the information needed to complete your order. If you're already a PayPal member, you can log in using your PayPal ID and password and take advantage of the express checkout. If you're not a PayPal member, it takes just a few moments to enter your name, address, and credit card information. Shortly after submitting your order to PayPal, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. At the same time, PayPal forwards your order to us.

E-Mail

Just click here to open a preaddressed e-mail message and start typing your order. In addition to listing the items you want to order (please supply the item name, glaze pattern, and quantity), be sure to supply your shipping address and a daytime phone number.

We do not recommend e-mailing your credit card number. If you tell us a time that would be convenient, we'll call you for your credit card information. If you prefer, we can e-mail you a toll-free phone number you can use to call us.

Postal Mail

It may be old fashioned, but it works! Write up your order on any available piece of paper and mail it to us. One advantage of snail mail is that you can safely enclose a check or credit card information for payment. Remember to supply a full shipping address and a phone number that we can use to contact you with any questions about your order.

Order Terms

All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Novus, American Express) for all orders. We also accept checks (business or personal) for postal mail orders. Please call to inquire about corporate purchase orders, reseller accounts, or gallery consignments.

Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Cost of packaging/shipping not included in refunds.

All pieces are handcrafted on the potter's wheel, and hand glazed and decorated. This means there will be variations in the size, color, etc. Each individual item will therefore have it's own distinct characteristics that makes it a truly unique piece.

Shipping

All orders are normally shipped via USPS (Priority Mail) and insured. We can arrange for UPS or FedEx shipment upon request. For purchases made through the PayPal shopping cart, estimated shipping costs are calculated automatically. For phone and email orders, actual shipping cost plus a packaging fee (usually 5% of the order total) will be added to your bill.
